1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Nthbuild Technologies ("Nthbuild", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit nthbuild.com, contact us, make a payment, or use our services — including Career Accelerator, our job application service.

Our registered address is Sanmudgeri, Karwar, Karnataka 581360, India. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the website or our services.

Our separate products — Tocklog, BrandNearby, Tomolink, Vidverts and CradleWing — each operate under their own privacy policies published on their own websites. This policy covers nthbuild.com and the services we deliver directly.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you give us

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Payments: your name, email address, phone number and the amount payable.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

b) Career Accelerator information

If you sign up for Career Accelerator, we additionally collect and process:

• Your CV or resume, work history, education, skills, notice period and salary expectations.
• Any career gaps or circumstances you choose to share so we can target roles appropriately.
• Credentials for the dedicated job-search email account used for your applications, where you ask us to operate it on your behalf.
• A log of every application we submit for you — company, role, date, status and which version of your resume was used.

We submit this information to prospective employers and job portals on your instruction and on your behalf. Once an application is submitted, the receiving employer or portal processes your data under their own privacy policy, which we do not control.

c) Information collected automatically

Our hosting and analytics providers may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and time of visit. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic and keep the site secure.

d) What we do not collect

We never collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Card and UPI details are entered directly on our payment provider's secure page and never reach our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and send you a confirmation email.
• To scope, quote, deliver and support the services you engage us for.
• To process payments and issue receipts or invoices.
• To prepare and submit job applications on your behalf under Career Accelerator, and to maintain your application log.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal compliance.
• To improve the website and our services.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Service Providers We Share Data With

We share only what is necessary, and only with providers that process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Firestore): stores enquiry form submissions.
• Google Gmail / SMTP: sends enquiry confirmation and correspondence emails.
• Cashfree Payments: processes online payments. Cashfree receives your name, email, phone and order amount, and handles card and UPI details directly under its own policy and PCI-DSS obligations.
• Google Maps: our contact page embeds a map; loading it involves a request to Google.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us via the WhatsApp button, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Prospective employers and job portals: for Career Accelerator clients only, as described in section 2(b).

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to measure traffic. Embedded third-party content — such as the Google Map on our contact page — may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

6. Data Retention

• Enquiries: kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Client and project records: kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required for tax and accounting law.
• Career Accelerator records: your resume versions and application log are kept while your subscription is active and for 6 months afterwards, then deleted on request or as a matter of routine.

7. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to enquiry and client data to the team members who need it, and rely on established providers for storage and payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent for future processing, including pausing or stopping Career Accelerator applications at any time.
• Ask us to hand over your dedicated job-search email account credentials, or to stop using that account.
• Raise a grievance about how we have handled your data.

To exercise any of these, email us at the address in section 11. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated to active clients directly.
