1. Overview

At Techbite, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services purchased through our website or agreed upon via contract.

By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

a) Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel a service before any work has commenced, you may request a full cancellation. A full refund will be issued after deducting any payment gateway processing fees (typically 2–3%).

b) After Work Has Begun

  • If work has already started, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the request.
  • A proportional refund may be issued for the uncompleted portion of the project.
  • No refund will be issued for work already delivered or milestones already approved by the client.

c) Subscription or Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly or retainer-based services, you may cancel at any time with a minimum of 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current active billing period.

3. Refund Policy

a) Eligible Refunds

  • Service not started within the agreed timeline due to Techbite's fault.
  • Duplicate payment made by the client.
  • Project cancelled before any work has commenced.

b) Non-Refundable Situations

  • Work already completed and delivered to the client.
  • Client-side delays or failure to provide necessary inputs/content.
  • Change of mind after project commencement.
  • Third-party costs (domain, hosting, software licenses) already incurred.
  • Digital products or downloadable assets once delivered.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at pavanpnaik321@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name]".
  2. Include your name, contact number, service details, and reason for the request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a decision regarding a refund, you may escalate the matter by contacting us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in good faith. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Techbite reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
