1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Techbite (techbite.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Techbite reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services

Techbite provides the following IT and digital services:

  • Website Development
  • UI/UX Design
  • Mobile App Development
  • Digital Marketing
  • Serverless Integrations
  • 3D Modeling (Blender)
  • Clean Code Refactoring
  • Content Creation

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts. In the absence of a written agreement, these Terms and Conditions govern all engagements.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery.
  • Respond to queries and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure that any content, images, or materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Make payments as per the agreed schedule.

Delays caused by the client's failure to fulfil the above responsibilities will not be attributed to Techbite, and timelines may be extended accordingly.

4. Payment Terms

  • A minimum advance payment (as agreed in the proposal) is required before work commences.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestone-based schedules.
  • Payments are non-refundable for completed work (refer to our Refund Policy for full details).
  • Techbite reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work in case of delayed or non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

a) Ownership Upon Full Payment

Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights for the work created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client.

b) Techbite's Rights

Techbite retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

c) Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, libraries) used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses where required.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Techbite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Techbite warrants that services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care.
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., search rankings, sales figures) as a result of our services.
  • All services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Techbite will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.
